We have moved our Liberty Street location.  Visit us at our Plymouth Road store for free and easy parking!  Located only 3 miles from downtown in the Kroger Shopping center, across from north campus.

SPRING RUNNING CLASS

April 8th - June 24th

Thursdays at 6pm. Sign up at our Plymouth Road store.  Includes lecture and run each class.  Suitable for beginners or those who need help with their training program.

Runner's Clinic

Takes place on the first Wednesday of each month @ 5pm in our Plymouth Road store.  Physical therapist, Pete Kitto from MSOC will be available to answer your injury questions.  The clinic will take place at MSOC on the other Wednesdays.
